Behringer TU100

The TU100 is only $35.00. Anyone have any experiences with these?

Worried about some of the ratings on harmony central.

Or should I just spend the $100 for the Boss stage tuner?

This is a really simple one.
If you are going to use it on stage.. get a good one. The Boss TU2 is an industry standard. Even the TU12 is great and its plastic. I have owned a TU12 since the early 80's and it has been on every stage it seems on the east coast. Not a single problem ever.
The Peterson Strobostomp is really good too but entirely too expensive IMHO. Rack tuners are a waste too unless you want your back to the crowd while you are tuning.
The TU100 works great but it will NOT hold up to rigorous live use.
