Okay guys, need some help.
I got an ART TubePAC preamp/compressor.
It has 2 12AX7 tubes. One of the tubes (the one closest to the "gain" knob) is not lighting up. I mean, the other one glows like on a tube amp, the other is just OFF.
I need to know if this is normal.
