Tube vs. Non-tube - my assessment

But its no Vetta...

IMHO, SS sounds great for clean and lead. A modest priced SS can give pretty good cleans and lead tone. Tube sounds simply awesome for chunky Rhythm tones with the right amount of sizzle and low-end.
