power amp ?

Hey guys, I just snagged a marshal 4x10 cab. I need a power amp to run my POD Pro through it...(while I wait for my Splawn)

Any recommendations on a decent power amp?

I run my JMP-1 into a Peavey Classic 60 power amp, I friggin LOVE it!
you can get them fair cheap, but I think it sounds great.

id try to find a Peavey Classic poweramp. i got my Classic 120 for 200 bucks and its great...run my Rockmaster, PSA-1 and Pod XT Live through it.

I'm using a Peavey Classic 60 myself, as well as a Classic 50/50 and Carvin T100 at various times. Plenty of power for any situation I've ever been in, and the 60s can fit in a shallow 3U rack case for easy transport.

VHT 2/50/2 or VHT 2/90/2. Both are excellent power amps.

I run my pod xt through a VHT 2/90/2 power amp. I recommend it, the sound is huge and very tight. Vht power amps are easily some of the best around

The VHT is huge sounding. Love the flexablity of that amp.

If you're only using it for a little while before getting your Splawn, why not just go with a Crate PowerBlock?
