Boss ME-20 vs. Rocktron Utopia

Wondering if anyone can give some feedback on either of these units. I am interested in both, but on the fence as to which to go with. Any input is appreciated.

If you'd like to recommend another multi effect floor processor within the same price range ($200.00) feel free.
