  • Multiple preamps?

Being somewhat of a rack noob, I have a simple question: Can I run two preamps through separate chains into one power amp? Do I need a patch bay thingy? A rack mixer? An amp switcher? Any recommendations?

    Thanks in advance.
I feel festive all year round. Deal with it.

Digital Music Corps has a looper that will do what you want..and a good rack mixer will help simplify things and create more options for effects.

        No prob dude....

I use my controller to switch between a Randall RM4 and Rocktron Chameleon....and control of my Rocktron Expression and also a few pedals in and out of the chain....

The mixer will allow you to have a dry/wet or mixed effects...so, you could have one cabinet "wet" and one "dry" etc.

Makes for a lot of versatility.

I use a Lehle D.Loop to switch between my Triaxis and MP-1. Has worked flawlessly for the last 2 years.
