Good Delay with "Hold" feature needed.

I'm looking for an inexpensive delay with a good Hold feature. I'm going for the Eric Johnson "Cliffs of Dover" type hold he uses when he plays it live. I've got a TRex Replica pedal that handles all my other delay work. I just need a good hold.

Boss DD-3 is probably the ticket. Flick it to hold and step on it. It sounds excactly like what EJ is doing on the live version of that song.

The PDS digitech 1 and 2 second digital delays had a 'hold' feature and are pretty cheap (under $100) used. They are the size of two pedals, built pretty well too.
