BitMo Valve Junior Mods

Has anyone tried The Tube Stores BitMo mods? How hard are these do? Do they sound half decent? And finally, do they actually work well enough to be worth the time put into doing it? I'm tossing around buying one, but I don't want to spend $50 for something that is hard to do and not worth the results. Thanks ahead of time.
