Has anyone played the Rocktron Vendetta that was designed by Bruce Egnator? Any reviews or comments on it would be apprecated.

I was considering the Vendetta a couple years ago, but since nobody was carrying them locally, I did a lot of digging for reviews. One of the guitar mags gave it a "product of the year" type of award, but most online reviews were not so favorable. It's supposedly NOT a high-gain amp despite what Rocktron propaganda would suggest, and they didn't prove to be very popular from what I can tell. A couple of people on the Harmony Central forums bought them recently, and at least one complained that it was extremely muddy. It might be one of those amps that sounds great with a boost, but I wasn't interested in that.
