What are you guys doing for a lead volume boost? EQ with volume boost in the loop? I get a lot of signal loss in my effects loops.

This is what I do, EQ boost in the loop but I haven't noticed any signal loss.

Have you tried boosting only some frequencies. It works too.

I haven't used anything in the effects loop yet. Sounds like your effect processor might be dumping some volume.

I pretty much plug in and go - no effects or stomp boxes.
