Alright, so today I was changing the speaker on one of my amps and had a few questions about the power tubes on it, since I had to pull them to get the speaker out. First, does it matter which way I plug it in, and if I put it in wrong, what damage could I do? I say this because I pulled them, and while I'm 99% sure I put them back in the correct way, I want to know what could happen IF I screwed it. Next I noticed the one was slightly bent at the base. Since I've gotten this amp, I've had a few minor issues with phantom tube noise. Is this the source of my issue? The amp is a Crate vintage Club with 2 EL34 power tubes with 8 pin sockets. Thanks.
EDIT: Nevermind, got an answer.
