  • Modded metal zone

Call me tone tasteless but I can't believe how good this sounds through a video cam and solid state (I think) amp. This guy modded the pedal himself with a kit he bought off the internet. The note definition is so much better than a stock metal zone.

I love the tone, but he needs a closed back 2x12 or 4x12 too get the full effect!! That MT-2 sounds at least twice as good as my stock one thru my tube amps. I think a Mod is in order for mine

I modded my 10 year old MT2 with Monte Allums Sustania Tri-Gain mod... it really sounds great now. I did it myself, with very little soldering experience.

That was hard to listen to. Is tuning your guitar out again?

I didn't say I liked his playing or how he had the pedal eq'd. My point is the note definition sounded better than a stock MT2 and the guy did it himself.
