New JSX owner...

Just scored a JSX head...cannot wait to get it home tonight...

This was largely based on the reviews and endorsements from the regulars here...plus it was a steal of a great deal...

I'll let you know thoughts etc...after I get a little time with it tonight.

Congrats!
throw some KT-77's in there and set all of your EQ levels to 12:00 noon and go from there.
Remember this is an Active EQ, the controls all work together.
turn your loop on to, as it adds a thickness to the tone of the amp, and will
give you much more volume.

Thanks Nick...I have only had about an hour with it and so far so good.
I added the g-major to the effects loop and like - I really like the crunch channel so far.


I will have to get your kt-77's for an a/b showdown soon.

Personally I like the crunch channel too, and the effects loop is very good. As suggested, keep it on because it will definitely give you more volume and punch. Congrats!

Welcome to the JSX owner's club I have never heard a bad thing about them. The decision to buy mine a year ago was largely due to the positive reviews here. I just love it! So, congrats and happy jammin'.
