  • Zoom 8050?

I know its a "midi-footboard" but what do you use it for and how do you use it?

A midi controller eh? They are used to control multi effects systems, mainly rack ones that lack foot controls and are often back stage, out of the players reach. You can do some more things with them that some people skilled with them could tell you about, but that is the gist of it. That zoom looks a bit limited though. I would imagine close to the price of those you could pick up a used Behringer midi controller with two expression pedals all the toppings, or the one the Behringer emulates; an ART X-15 Ultrafoot (what I own).

Thank you for the help! It,s a friend of mine who found one in his cellar and we couldn't figure out what it was used for. So you only use them to control other racks/mutieffects...

      I'll give him the info!
