  • so my main fuse blew off today on my Marshall...

I'm going to try to get one tomorrow but if it blows up again... is this a sign that my tubes are bad? or could it be anythig else???

Lets just say that I'´ve had the amp for like 6 years now and I've never change them It has been my first tube amp so I don't have experience to compare with how long other tubes last. On a good week I normally play like 5-10 hours max thru it. As a guy that just plays at home because I don't find good guys to play with I have to be happy like this

Could be tubes, could be something else, but at 6 years in, it's time to change the power tubes.

Change the power tubes. You'll notice an improved sound immediately.
