I have been trying to come up with a great SRV sounding patch for my GT8 without any luck. Has anyone come up with one they's like to share? I am trying to get that bluesy strat/tele sound and could use the help.

As for Stevie's tone, It's Texas Blues, not Metal... none of his amps were "Cranked on 10". His tone is a "dirty clean" if that makes sense.
I've been able to reproduce his "tone" on a GNX modeler with the right guitar (Strat with a set of Texas Specials), just not on the GT-8.
Now if I could only play like he could. One can dream.-Rick

You can dial up Stevie's basic sound with the right gear.
As the original poster requested, he was looking fora great SRV sounding patch
His playing style is another question.
Yes, his playing contributes to the overall experience, but that is not what was being requested.-Rick
