OK, I've been pestering you all for a while about amp opinions and such I think tht I've finally arrived at my decision (maybe). One last opinion is all I'm asking....for right now LOL.
I am working with a very limited budget so this is what I've come up with

    Item Total : $298.90

    Order Total : $298.90

I will also be incorporating my only other effect which is my Digitech RP50 (its small but I can get some kick ass sounds out of it).

    Thanks
    Bill

Here is what I think. Buy this amp and you will have everything you listed above plus much more including a tuner. These amps sound great and IMHO this amp will sound much better than the Crate you chose coupled with those pedals.
Trust me bro.. been there.. done that. http://www.guitarcenter.com/Behringe...91-i1145422.gc

Yeah, but how easy is it to turn on or off each effect while playing.....that is the reason I am thinking stomp box.....no stopping playing to change effects

You could always buy the flanger or chorus pedal. You will still be very close to the final price.
          Bottom line is this

1pc of marginal budget equipment you can get away with sonically
If you keep adding marginal budge items into the mix you end up with something that sound... well... not too good.

Thanks man for your input, but I am not really looking for a modeling amplifier.....too much of a hassle as I would be way more busy "playing" with the amp than playing through it if you know what I mean.....a new toy like that would get me nowhere in terms of playing and practice which is what I sorely need.

I am VERY glad that I got the RP50 as it taught me that I tinker if I have the toys to tinker with rather than focus on what I SHOULD be doing LOL.

Oh yeah...and I am really looking to go tube this time around as everything else I've had has been Solid State.

In that case.... I think all your selections are on the mark.
I didn't realize that the amp is an EL84 driven Class A amp. The price made me think it was an SS amp. My bad.
I have never had any problems with Behringer pedals.
Rergarding Crate.. they are a solid company and if that amp sounds anything like their VC series you will be very happy.
Bottom line... I researched all your selections and I think the package will make a fine low wattage rig. I bet you could gig with it too. 18watts is surprisingly loud!!!

Buy the Crate amp. Those are very nice. Do not buy those Behringer stomp boxes. They are just terribly made. Same goes for the Danelectro Flanger - it sounds awful. Take the $90 and buy a used Boss Chorus and a used Boss Flanger - you're way better off with 2 good used pedals than 3 plastic pieces of junk.
I want REAL change. I want dead bodies littering the capitol.

I agree with Tim although I don't think the Behringer pedals are that bad. The Danelectro pedals are pretty aweful. I bought a few at one time and ended up dumping them after a few minutes.

BTW... Hippietim really knows his stuff so you should really value his opinion. He has helped me out many times over the years.
