  • Mesa Boogie Mark V officially launched

As someone said a while ago on the grailtone forums, it has a IIC+ channel.
You took too much, man. Too much. Too much.

Thanks for the link. Like so many others I've been keeping an eye out for Mark IVs, but I'm going to be real tempted to buy one of these new.

Yeah, that amp sounds really sweet. I think I'm going to take the plunge, whether I'm able to play it beforehand or not. I'm a fan of Boogies.

I want this. I've bought two new amps in my life - a MkIII, and a Stiletto. Perhaps there's room for just one more...
          750xl, 88LE, AT1, Roswell Pro, SG-X, 4 others...
Stilletto Duece 1/2 Stack, MkIII Mini-Stack, J-Station, 12 spaces of misc rack stuff, Sonar 4, Event 20/20, misc outboard stuff...

Why do I still want MORE?

I have a IIC+ and a IV but it looks like I will be adding a V to my collection.

I'll believe it when I hear it. Looks like alot of fluff to me. Give me a Mark III purple or red stripe and I am good to go.

I want to order a Mark V head with the see thru black flamed maple hardwood finish. I hope that option is available.

Wow. Any word on the pricing? It looks like a Mark series Road King.

My understanding is that the initial run is all tricked out and pricey. The list on a basic V should be somewhere around 2k.

At NAMM Mesa had another impressive amp there, the UltraDyne. Worth checking out if you go to a Mesa dealer to hear the Mark V while you're at it.
