Great thread, there's some nice gear, & some cool board ideas, thanx for sharing.
I'm planning on building a board for this little lot, real soon,
I'll probably add a tuner, & a Dime Crybaby Wah, I want it to be as a compact as I can get it.

PedalTrain2 with hardcase, I'm sure you figure out the rest...VoodooLabs PP2 DC power neatly mounted underneath.
Anyway, since getting a Diezel Herbert I've decided to go for a GCX switcher with a GCP and the full midi package..still awaiting the flightcase from the UK but did up the new board today:
I had measured that the GCP would -just- squeeze in on the PT2 board next to the pretty big (but sturdy, great sounding) Morley wah.
tight space:
so as you can see, there is no chance you can plug/unplug to the pedals without removing them from the board everytime and that would be a ****** PITA right???
So I came up with this solution using Neutrik locking chassis connectors:
Had to drill some holes in the PT2 but it worked out pretty nice IMHO.
I'm using George L .155 cables but I ditched the solderless plugs in favour of Neutrik soldered connectors for better reliability.
I'll post more pics when the whole flight rack is done!
