Were you using an attenuator? Is the tube socket burnt? I'd guess either a failed tube, impedance mismatch, or smoke on the water due to cranking it up with an attenuator.

I wasn't using an attenuator and I don't know about the socket being burnt. I will have to check it tonight when I get home.

I checked the tube socket and it doesn't look burnt or like anything is wrong with it. Guess it could of just been a week tube.
