      www.chappellamps.com makes some seriously nice amps...starting around 800 and going up from there...i have one of his 2w amps and it sounds beautifu as it looks.

        this seems really to good to be true, made in the USA for somewhere around 50 years? switchcraft switches? look at the prices on these. anyone know anything about these?

            Now that's some seriously good stuff!
            Those prices are about right, too. Actually cheap for handwired.

            Serious question:
            Which is more important to most folks?
            Effects loop, or two channels?
            Both are about the same price to build.
