  • I Need Some Type of Footswitch for my Framus

I have a Cobra but no footswitch. My ADA MPC midi controller died.

I can't find a reasonable price midi controller right now ($50 or less)

Boy the prices of midi's has sure gone up since I purchased the ADA years ago.

Cobra footswitches run about $150 also.

Anyone know of any midi controllers that are reasonbly priced out there?
They seem to start at $180 and go up from there.

Have you checked out the Behringer FCB-1010? Those are popping up all the time here and on HC for around $100. I have one and it's a very good MIDI controller.

Shred, contact Dana B Goods. They are the distributor for Framus. They have hooked a brother up in the past before. Doesn't hurt to ask.

You can use any footswitch that is unlatched. I had a Behringer dual footswitch that connected to the amp via insert cable (stereo to 2 mono's) and it worked great. It was also significantly less expensive than getting an original Cobra/Dragon footswitch.

A Rocktron midimate is also great and can often be found used for under $100.
