    It was like a Fender Deluxe tube amp that said made in the U.S.A on it right under the logo, which they don't put anymore I don't think. It also had 3 X 12AX and 2 X 6L6's. I'll try to find an old picture too.

        Well the weird thing is I play metal, so I didn't need a Fender. I usually put it on clean then just used a distortion pedal.

            It's worth like 1200 bucks now, i sold it for around 300

                I traded away a 70's silverface Vibrolux in good condition for a piece of shit Martin Sigma acoustic about 10 years ago.

                    Im guessing even though you used a pedal for your distortion you still got a better tone than through your mg.

                        I know how you feel I used to use a fender 15 watt pos, then got a pod xt live wich was alright, next I got a v3 wich was awsome sold it, and know im back with a pod and a spider 3 halfstack. Luckily live I get to use my buds vht pitbull. Know I have the money to buy a new quility amp but dont know what I want

                              And yes selling the v3 was hard didnt think I needed because I left a band but got in another one shortly

                                The answer for you, my friend, is a TS-9. I put one of these in front of my little Kerry King MG and it warms it up, and smooths it out. Put the Overdrive at 0 and the level at 10, adjust the tone and you're in Marshall heaven. Well... 8" speaker Marshall heaven, anyway.
