Bill is absolutely right about the Uber, doesn't matter where the knobs are set at, it will sound great! Its THE best amp for me as far as high gain goes. The Randall MTS series can't do the Uber's high gain tone and Bill is again correct about resale. Thats why I bought my Randall MTS and all its modules used on E-Bay and the MTS Forum. Someone else took the hit on the new price 
The Uber I bought brand new. I knew what to expect from it and while out of town visiting my sister I looked up Bogner dealers on their website so I could try one out for myself. As soon as I started playing it, through a Soloist which they had in the store btw, I was sold on it. That amp will never leave my arsenal
