    Yes they are pretty limited but if you've ever palyed an older Marshall JMP or Super Lead its the same basic tone. Its a pretty simple amp. No channel switching, no effects loop, no master volume. It does however clean up very nicely when rolling back the guitar volume knob. Its a sweet sounding amp although not as much distortion as the more modern amps out there but you can always slam the front of it with your favorite pedal. I've used a Fulltone OCD with mine and it sounds sweet!

        It will do Rhoads Have you seen those clips on youtube of the Japanese guitarist Yu Ya or something like that? He has 2 clips on there with the Rhoads amp that sound great!

          for my needs its a good pedal, i dont understand all the intricacies of noise reduction and frequencies and so on, all i was after was a simple pedal that got rid of amp hiss, background noise, and stopped any noise dead when i stopped playing. and the decimator does all that for me, i don't plan on making it any more complicated for myself.

          oh and the rhoads started build back in october i think, so its due anytime soon!
