nice, tight midi controlled stereo rig. very configurable with rack and pedal effects, and assignable effects to different channels.

geez, I couldn't get much of the fancy stuff for $3G over here. Maybe if I shop secondhand & get lucky.

I'd try to pick up a Randall RM100 secondhand. Maybe with a G-Flex cab or the matching Randall cab.

A Laney GH50, or a JVM or JSX. With these, I should have enough left over for a G-Flex 2x12 for either side of the stage. Effects wise, a handful of pedals should get me by - an OD & wah out front, delay & chorus for the loop with an EQ for lead boost.

You Uberschall guys are spending 2600.00 for the head and 1100.00 for the cab.
You Ectasy people are almost spending over 3K for the head alone.

Used prices are where its at.That is my Ecstasy and 4x12 shown. I paid 2400 for the 101B and 550 for the cab.

I'd never pay $1100 for a 4x12 unless it was filled with hidden drug money

Well my jsx was $1800 new, can pick up a marshall cab for ~$650 now and then. Add a gmajor and a bad monkey and that wraps up the budget.

Or just use whatevers going and have $3000 for 'incidentals'. Blondes, redheads, midgets etc.

Sure....AxeFx Ultra...$2K...and then i'll just keep my VHT FB 4/12 cab
and add a Peavey 200 watt stereo rack amp...that i already have!
So i only need $2K and ive got $1000.00 to send to Horns666 !
