  • Hughes & Kettner problem

Hey guys, I had a show last weekend and when I plugged my head into the cab, the sound I was getting was really muddy and horrible wich is not the sound I get normally,I think the guy from another band plugged my head into 16ohms and the cab was 4ohms but even at 4 it sounded like shit, now i get the same sound wich mean I have way less gain on every channel I have and gets the sound really muddy,Could this be a tube that may of cracked and had air into it? All the tubes are shining but one of the little ones is a little less shiny.I'm thinking of bringing it back to the shop I bought it from before my one year warranty stops but I loved the amp before the problems. Help me guys!
I wonder what it feels like to have money...

...ahhh fuck it guitars are better!

If its a Switchblade it probably crapped out. My bandmate had 2 of them that did exactly what yours did before he bailed out and bought a Carvin V3.
