That's what musicians do. Greg Howe played w/ Nsync and Enrique Iglesias; Andy Timmons played with Olivia Newton John,... etc,etc.... Nothing worng with using your talents to make a living...

Well my hero joined Justin Timberlake on Tour! (Greg Howe)...but damn..
the music was pretty good, and Justin can dance! Howe did a wicked solo.

See bro's, even the metal heads have gotten complacent. Back in the not to distant old days if this had happened Nuno would have been crucified.
I guess thats why an old fucktard like me has to be the one crucifying him.
        Fuggem I say. I play a Washburn N2. I guess I can join a pop/rap group now.
BTW.. Rhianna sucks. Her songs suck, her band sucks. The only good thing about her is her hotness.

Yeah, I remember how we all crucified SRV for playing on Let's Dance, and Greg Howe for touring with Michael Jackson. Those dudes lost all cred after that.

Hot? She has no breasts, a rather unattractive face...what's so hot? Nuno looks more like a woman than her.

"Back then," Nuno had his own band at the top of the charts and didn't need session work. But that was a generation ago. Guy's got to make a living...

Nuno never played anything remotely close to metal BTW. He always played "gay" music the metal heads laughed at.

Definitely has breasts, check out the pics that Italians took of her.
I agree that he isn't hot though, very unique face though. Hot caribbean r'n'b diva would be Christina Millian

I seriousoly doubt that making a buck is his ONLY motivation for this (sure, a healthy cashflow won't hurt ).
the last extreme album and tour were a huge success, and he announced another release and tour with extreme for 2010, so I think things are going way better for him than compared to a couple of years ago.
further he was asked to join rihanna, it's not like he offered himself to anyone who wanted him.

Most people seem to be missing the fact that Nuno was ALWAYS in a shitty pop band. It's not like Extreme were ever...well...extreme. He wasn't in fuckin' Deicide, he was in a crappy pop rock band, and now he's just in a different one.

Kinda my sentiment. The big difference to me is I actually recognize Nuno. I'm no big extreme fan to say the least, but I know he can play. I did fancy the intro wah solo on Mutha from the day.

If it were the anyone from Danger danger, kix, warrant, firehouse, etc I wouldn't know or care cos I won't be able to recognize em! On the other hand, if it were Eric Peterson or Mark Morton, I'd be majorly bummed. But as I and others have already mentioned, it's likely a well-paying gig.

I'm not sure what "huge success" for Extreme means these days, but I doubt it means bucketloads of cash. Bands playing clubs are usually lucky if they break even.

There's nothing wrong with playing a well-paying gig like this. Besides, maybe he gets lucky and catches her on the rebound.
