Normally I would pick some kick ass metal song here but for some reason, I just dig the solo stuff from the Eagles' Hotel California.

Adrian Smith- Wasted Years, Stranger in a Strange Land, Powerslave

Rhoads- Crowley, Crazy Train, and the licks on the outro of the live version of Crazy Train on Tribute

Van Halen- Ironically, the solo he did for free- Beat It, Michael Jackson

        Gilmour- Lots, but particularly Time

Page- Stairway. Not a big fan of Zep. Very familiar with their entire catalog, and even though this is the stereotypical "Zep tune" for them, it is for a reason. Pentatonic riffs madness, shows you how you can really get the hair standing up using them right.

Angus's noodling/jamming on the outro to "For Those About To Rock". His tone is like someone pulling a nail out of a piece of wood. Just sick.

There are others. Techinical or not, when the fur goes up on your arm...... something special.

            SRV - Little Wing
            Angus - Shoot to Thrill
Dime - I'm Broken (the entire song; bad ass riff)
            Randy - Tribute...all of it
            many more...

"The Heart Collector" by Jeff Loomis is pretty chilly, I just listened to that!

Michael Schenker - Looking for Love (outro solo)
UFO / Michael Schenker - High Flyer
Uli Roth - Still So Many Lives, Firewind, and Cast Away Your Chains

Also, if you are around 40, Yngwie's debut solo album (every song) probably gave you chills. Even if you didn't like the guy your jaw dropped at the first listen and you thought to yourself - "what the hell is he playing and how is he playing that fast and clean"

And thanks for "The Scream" video. I remember when Racer X broke up and Bruce Boulliet went on to form "The Scream". I never bought the album, but now I will.

Yeah thanks to all that are linking the vids. It gives me a chance to check out the ones I haven't heard to see if they have the same effect on me or not.

I am trying to listen to all of them though.

Pretty much anything by Loomis, I can't say enough good about that guy. But if I had to pick ONE solo.. Winter Madness solo by Jari Maenpaa probably.
