As a kid, it was the first time I'd ever seen the camera-on-the-headstock-looking-down-the-neck view during a solo too. Awesome solo.
    Hail yesterday

The one that's done it for me all these years since I first heard it is Glen Tipton's solo On Beyond the realms of death.
Enjoy the videos and music you love, upload original content, and share it all with friends, family, and the world on YouTube.

and a couple more that deserve mention:
      Y&T - Winds of Change http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XM6PryoLyOQ
      David Gilmore - Comfortably Numb
Randy - Over the mountain and Mr Crowley
Jake - Bark at the moon esp the outro

Also, if you are around 40, Yngwie's debut solo album (every song) probably gave you chills. Even if you didn't like the guy your jaw dropped at the first listen and you thought to yourself - "what the hell is he playing and how is he playing that fast and clean"

And thanks for "The Scream" video. I remember when Racer X broke up and Bruce Boulliet went on to form "The Scream". I never bought the album, but now I will.
No need to buy it, it's available for download for free at the Racer X site. Hollywood Records tanked and I don't think anyone else bought up the album rights. It's a bitchen album. +1 for everything you said about Yngwie.

          Comfortably Numb (Gilmour)
Mr Crowley (RR), but also Crazy Train and I don't Know
          Wait (Vito Bratta)
How Can You Do What You Do (Gilbert - Mr Big era)
Ordinary World (Warren Cuccurullo - Duran Duran)

Popular is not the same as good
Rare is not the same as valuable
Worth is what someone will pay, not what you want to get

Good one! Love that song and lead.

Didn't know it was Warren C playing on it though. He's a tasty player loved his work with Missing Persons.

Old G Lynch (under Lock and Key era) solos used to get the hairs on the back of my neck to stand up.

Friedman's solo in Tornado of Souls always sends chills down my spine, as does the solo Josh Middleton of Sylosis plays Last Remaining Light.

                  Solo starts at about 3:50

That song just rules from start to finish. I'm all jacked up because I just got home from seeing Avatar at the IMAX and I was involuntarily fist pumping listening to it.

A lot of mine have alread been mentioned (little wing comfortably numb and anything Randy does)..but also Skolnicks solo in the Ballad is incredibly tasty as is Zakk Wylde's No More Tears solo.

Yep, that song and pretty much the entire Hell bent for leather and unleashed albums are what made me a die hard priest fan back in the day, And the reason I play guitar.
