Haven't checked out a full release of his since maybe Ozzmosis, but this was much better than his last few radio singles, imo. I liked Gus' solo, and I've gotta say, the absence of repetitive pinch harmonics was... refreshing.

sounds good but i get a nu metal feel from it at the start
        not typical ozzy sound

and is it just me or does his singing sound deeper? more muddy
        like .....
        i dont know
        a little toneless

def not the ozzy i love
but it sounds good anyways(probably wont buy that cd though)

Strangely sounds a lot like Andrew W.K.
            Kinda cool.

I've always been an Ozzy fan,
so hopefully there will be some diversity on the full release.

The prudes may snub them, but I don't care.

If its tough, shreds, and screams, Its all good.
If it gets jacked, I'll get another one.
            And rock that sucker.

Ozzy will always be Ozzy you either like him or hate.
Highs and lows of a career take or leave it.

              Now to the music.
Sounded like rock n roll to me.

I did detect Gus played a few notes with his pinky when he should used his 1st and 3rd fingers especially over the lydian mode the notes would have resonated a bit more. Probably a string change preferably the D string and some handy shredder tape would have help his performance on the song significantly.

I might be mistaken and could be wrong BUT Ozzy is old and still rocking it up. He always seems to get good guitarist's.
I can't criticize the man, its his wife I can't stand.

              Keep rocking Ozz.
The tune rocked liked it should, Ozzy style.
It will be a great live tune to get the crowd participation thing going.

I personally do not care how it was built as long as it is a good playing/sounding instrument.

not a bad tune really. Cool to see the Oz man still rockin. I liked the solo up unil the double stops, some of it didnt seem to fit the song but not bad playing really. I'd like to hear more.

Sounded just like Zakk Wylde on guitar, minus the pinch harmonics

Didn't impact me one way or the other, but i kinda stopped caring after no rest for the wicked. There's been a few songs I've liked here and there since, but nothing that's made me say "hell yeah!" The riff reminded me of a BLS song (destruction overdrive, maybe?) mixed with locomotive by GnR.

Agree that he's still out n rockin, and that's good.
