Looks like a Model 5. Neckthrough, two hums, 24 frets (dots), white import logo.

Here it is...from Young Guitar Magazine August, 1987 issue. Robbin had a couple of these that he used backstage for warmup.

Jackson/Charvel used Robbin in the Japanese ads to prop up sales of the Japan-made Charvels. Obviously Robbin did not play these live.
