Looks like a 2203 at least, hopefully an original '81 -probably a reissue though. The ripper years must have been a bit lean. Tough to remain a defender of the faith.

When I first saw that on tv I was like no way, they just used a guitar amp to try to sell a minivan? Every time after that that guitar amp shot has been edited out. Kind of gay, they have an abridged version of a commercial, I liked seeing the amp.

Thats one of my favorite past times. When ever there are guitars and/or an amp on a tv show or movie, Ill try to figure out what models are being used(brand is usually pretty obvious).

I thought that commercial was bad a$$ and I am happy to see that Priest is still relevant after all these years. The Hellion is one of the best intro's in metal history. Whats cooler than Godzilla, Priest and a Marshall half stack all in one commercial.

I agree, such a killer lead in to a killer song in its own right....is it really selling out after 40+ years in the business?

I thought the commercial was killer!!! I was walking through the house and heard that opening and knew immediately it was Priest. The marketing guys knew exactly what they were doing - stopped me dead in my tracks. How is it selling out? They weren't in the commercial just an awesome backing track. Good for them!!!

Fuckin A! The old ones had plenty of room for 2 full stacks, an 18 pc drum kit, the p.a., and those damn kids looking for candy
