i was in vegas last year for the avn awards. had dinner reservation at joes stone crab, saw ron keel was playing acoustic at some crab shack. canceled my reservation, went to the crab shack. ron played for me and my wife and 3 other people on a outdoor patio. ive been to more shows then i can remember. he blew me away. he played for a audience of 5 like he was back playing the meadowlands with bon jovi. he reminded me why we do what we do, and the proper way to do it. keel gets my vote..... check out his acoustic shit, hes got a song on youtube called "time of my life", pretty fuckin good.....

I gotten really heavy into european power metal and I would probably choose STRATOVARIOUS.

Those guys kick ass! I mean the singer's voice is amazing and their songs are epic, but not overkill like some other power metal bands.

wow..MOST of you guys need to explore metal a little more..except for a chosen few. You know who ya are.

As an absolute, devout, metelitist I'd say 90% of what is mentioned is not underrated whatsoever.. In fact, these have been gracing covers of most metal mags for a decade and more. The same metal bands mentioned in constant rotation...and that's cool. But, not underrated.

I feel a desperate urge to assist! This is how my first Bill's Home got started..a decade ago..

I guess I'll use that time/energy at my thread again...why not?
