I am not sure if I am posting this in the right section or not, but here goes. I am researching and gathering information for a new build project. I want to build something with a sustainer.
What are your suggestions regarding materials and tone?
Which body / neck wood? Choices
PC1 - Mahogany with Maple Cap and Maple Neck & Fret Board
or JEM - Basswood body with Maple Neck with Rosewood Fretbaord
Which sustainer (Sustainiac or Fernandez)?
Bridge PU?
