Anyone With The Phil Collen Hand Painted PC1

If anyone has one of the 30 splatter guitars, did you get the small book with photo, CD and letter of auth? I picked up #1 and was not in there, but I see some on ebay that do. Jackson I assume should have done 1 for each guitar? I dont have any contact info for M. Kotzen to ask....
