Question about Richie Sambora's single hum black strat

Anyone have any kind of information on what kind of neck/body this guitar has? Im under the impression that they are Jackson or Charvel parts from what I can find on the web (which isn't much).

I know the white HSS one was a SD, I think the black one is too, but I think the necks came from his tech. They were sold several years ago IIRC. There is an old thread with some links to good reading somewhere in here.
