Not to be the devils advocate here.... But I've been on stage with this guy, and IMO he was a complete asshole to everyone around(including bandmates) and fucking spits on and damages people/shit that's important constantly. I would have to say he probably did what they say he did and deserves it. Just my two cents.

I don't know whether he did anything but there is a video put out by the band themselves of Morton legit trying to pound his lights out for being an asshole back in the day, so that kind of supports your opinion...

I won't be able to Dethklok now since this dude is still in jail. I was hoping they would find another act to tour with but I guess it was a co-headlining tour with the two. Oh well, guess I'll catch them when they rebook the tour.
