This is a great video and show how tight and heavy this band was.
In 1971 these guys were were bad ass!!
I saw them in Cinci Ohio don't remember what year 69 maybe 70 IDK but holy shit they were f ing loud!
    Leslie's guitar tone was incredible.

Leslie's tone and vibrato are legendary...he's one of the all-time greats.

Oh yeah. I remember boosting Mountain Climbing out of my ten-year older brother's stuff he had just packed up to head off to school for the year, then playing it so frequently it was completely worn to shit by the time he got back home. He never said a word but the following fall he said open this box before he left again. Inside were copies of Blind Faith, Allmans Fillmore, Santana Abraxas, Zep I & II, Procul Harem, Sabbath, Woodstock and Dave Mason's Headkeeper. he said "got ya these so you don't hafta boost my shit anymore... buy your own shit from now on".

One of EVH's biggest influences. Love his LP Junior.

I was a little too young to see that!
West was a monster player and the back section was indeed heavy for their time.
