I always hated that band. Don Dorken was always a weak singer. Always. He did not have the voice for Metal. Maybe rock. Soft rock. Whoever found him in a bar crooning moldy oldies to old women shoulda left him there. Bobby "Splish Splash" Darrin had voice more suited to rock, and coulda done a better job than Don Dorken back in the 80s.
Pat Benetar was a Jazz singer, and had more vocal balls than he did. That oughta tell you something.
Now in his 60's Don's voice is starting to get coarse? Day late, dollar short.
