  • Carvin V3M - professional studio recording samples

Recorded at Ledbelly Sound Studio in Atlanta, GA a few months ago. Recently quit the band I was in but not before I got the mastered copies lol ... I chained together a medley so you can hear the quality of the V3M. I think it really shines on these tracks. The other guitarist used a Marshall JCM 900 and pretty much strummed everything. I think the guitars meshed well. But I tried to isolate parts that were mostly V3M. I used a TL60 with a C22B in the bridge and a twinblade in the neck. The first song starts out on the neck pickup. And there's at least one solo with the neck pickup. A couple solos have wah as well. But most of it is the bridge pickup. Enjoy!

Oops ... just realized I put this in the wrong forum. I meant to put it in Amps and Effects if anyone wants to move it. Sorry about that!

Hey Dan good stuff! That V3 sounds great! what effects you using with it? Any way you could post the full song that's playing at .50? I love that stuff! Great playing!

No effects in front except a little wah. I think the sound guy put some reverb and delay on the leads but that's it.

Once the band loads up the tracks to the reverbnation page I'll post a link. I don't feel comfortable loading up entire songs since I'm no longer in the band.
