It's the flat finish! The 12th fret inlay shows, like the body finish, some Matrix signs. It also got this 3D effect!

The 3D effect would be the lenticular finish. IIRC the story on those from the old Mothership pages, they bought several of those Matrix posters ($200 each?) and cut them up to do the finish on one guitar. Later they put out a flat painted version that didn't have the 3D effect.
