A friend of mine is looking to do a documentary on Mr. Cusano. He has some interesting stories and has a good theme. If anyone has any good information or good stories I am sure he would appreciate it. If nothing else the guy was a great guitar player and one real interesting off the wall cat.

Yeah that article was kind of his inspiration. Amazed that Rolling Stone couldn't track him down.
Btw if anyone is interested check out his podcast. Mainly sunset strip 80's influenced conversation and he is a comedian at the comedy store so a lot of that too. Supercool guy

He still lives in the greater Nashville area....somewhere?!?!?
He's recently sold a few guitars and other items through Julien's Auctions in LA. Managed to get some pretty decent prices for some of his old Rhoads guitars......though TBH, it's debatable whether a couple of them were the real deal. In any case, they came from him so you could say they were still guitars that were owned by Vinnie Vincent!
First auction back in July, just click on the "back arrow" down the bottom to scroll through his items.
One that no doubt is genuine, is the first dot neck Rhoads ever built that sold last week at a second auction. Originally white for the CotN tour promo photoshoot, may or may not have been sprayed black for the CotN & LIU tours? The grain on the fingerboard proves its the real deal. Though...there is no way it went back to Jackson to get refinished! More like "Gary's Waste Oil Disposal & Guitar Repair Shop"!!! Look at the hacked up pullup route on that thing!!!!!
If you're a member of KISSFAQ, there are some closeups of the two at the second auction. KISSFAQ is usually a douchebag of a site and won't let you see anything unless a member.... much like usacharvel.net!

Speaking of not "real" Earl ordered the VV box set. He got it and it was completely empty. That is kind of the theme of the documentary actually finding Vinnie and asking for the contents.
I'll check that out. If anything Vinnie is fascinating dude. I myself am not a Kiss fan, I also never really listened to invasion or Slaughter. I just find the story captivating.I keep the bible in a pool of blood

If somebody wants to hide from publicity and is not on FBI´s Most Wanted list, then why are people trying to find him? I think it is very clear that he does not want to make a comeback or give an interview or something like that. It may be that he really has some kind of mental illness.. I think it would be wise to just leave him be.
My opinion is that he had his moments with KISS and did couple of melodic and shreddy solos and wrote few very nice songs after KISS, but he was and probably still is nuts.My Jacksons: RR1 x2, RR Pro, Soloist Pro, RRXMG x2, SDX, JS32RR

He had a career before KISS, he's got Dan Hartman money paying his bills. lol
But, I don't think that he is 'not wanting to make a comeback', I just think that no one is willing to pay him what he thinks he is worth.
An overinflated ego is not necessarily the kind of mental illness that can be treated. He just needs to be humbled - which, I think living in a trailer is a good start. Maybe he can do a reality show. Go on Oprah or something.

You're right pg. He could easily announce he's retired via...well any format these days but he doesn't. He "teases" with self run auctions with ridiculous prices, lurking on the only real fan board there is for him (that he hates because he can't control it) and the planned re-recording of the All Systems Go album.
To give him credit, the (properly run) Julien's auctions went well for him and he came through with a limited edition run of signed tee shirts.
