That looks like a Fernandes headstock on bandana-dudes guitar. The blue strat kinda reminds me of an Aria, but I doubt that it is one of those!

Their band website has a list of endorsed brand logos at the bottom, and one is Dean guitars. From the Dean website that headstock shape does look similar to some of their models.
