Has anyone seen this issue? Someones selling a bunch of these on Ebay for $26. I just wanted to see if it's any good before I waste my money on it.

Can you read Japanese? If not, then the magazine will not be too useful to you. The only stuff you will be able to understand is the article titles (not the articles) and the tab. You should only buy it if you MUST HAVE the backing tracks or pictures. If you just need tabs, get two of the powertabs here:
