If Chris Poland didn't even want to rejoin Megadeth and his lawyers/manager are STILL going after Dave, one can only assume that Chris believes he didn't get paid what he was owed for the studio work.

Y'know, it just shouldn't be that complicated to get four musicians together in a room to play the goddamn music, should it? I think you always have to parse Dave's statements very carefully.

The new G1 mag must be old news but he talks about getting Mary back and they are talking supposedly... Doesn't mention Glen Drover or anyone else. He says he plays all the guitars on the album too. Maybe Chris Poland did play some and that is why he is has his lawyers involved.... Maybe Dave re-recorded the solos or something.... Who knows. Also says Megadeth broke because he hurt his left hand (old news) but that he also got addicted to Demiral becuase he had kidney stones and the doc gave him pain killers. Had to go back to rehab. Just a side note - I met the band on the last tour in NYC. Dave did look pretty **** up on something or maybe sick.... I remember people talking after the show and commenting on how Dave looked high.... Still was a great show and he did not live up to the "I am a dick" that I expected him to be.
