How does Alexi from C.O.B. play this?

It's about 3:30 minutes into Children of Decadence by Children of Bodom. I've been playing it but for the life of me can't figure out how the hell he plays this sequenced lick. Anybody got any ideas? Even with tab I can't figure it out. I think it has alot of ghost notes which I've never used before. But the lick kicks ass, I just can't figure out how to play it at all.

Here's the link, it's about halfway down or so and is a repeated and sequenced pattern going E, G, A, and then finishes with the minor arpeggio.

he uses a delay fx for that one i think. other than that its a pretty basic sequence....nothing too wild

Ahhhhh. Delay, so you think the "ghost" notes in the tab aren't even actually played then?

That would make sense. C.O.B. hardly ever uses FX.

the delay is at 280 MS, with a decay of about 12 (this is rocktron gear here, Intellifex) and play the notes with a sharp attack, and mute them almost immediately.
