Susperia - Unlimited!!!

I can't believe that nobody has mentioned Susperia's new album, Unlimited. They've firmly dug into an intersecting point between thrash, death and (to a lesser extent) black metal. At the start of the first track, I thought maybe it was a Testament album smuggled off to Norway...well, maybe not. But there's some excellent thrash stuff going on, plus the usual Tjodalv double-kick, and Athera's vocals are almost all clean now, not to mention much improved in overall delivery. Memorable riffs all around.

When the hell will they come to America? A Susperia/Darkane tour would be a beautiful thing... [img]/images/graemlins/popcorn.gif[/img]
