I was listening to "Sketches from the Thought Chamber", I never heard of this guy before, GREAT, GREAT album.
anyone here know anything about him?
the guy writes and plays really interesting music, and has , at least on this album a real good sound. [img]/images/graemlins/headbang.gif[/img]

Well I know he lives in Dayton Ohio and is in or was in a pretty cool band called Arch Rival ...I have all three discs.."Third degree burns" , "In the face of danger" and "Wake up your mind"...two of them were still in print ...I got those from CD Universe a few years ago..
Then in 1986 He put out a solo disc called weapons ....somethin'..(?) ...well , I had the tape when it came out..

He is a good friend of Chastain and just put out a cd called Hurricane X on Chastain's Lion / Leviathan label...

OH yeah duhh, he's also the second guitarist w / Chastain in ZANISTER (neo classical powermetal band)...which is my favorite stuff he did..they have two cds.."Fear No Man' and Symphonia Millenia"..Century Media should have both .

I think the other album you're thinking of is called Defense Mechanizms, my buddy just lent me this one too, not bad, not as good as the Thought Chamber but still pretty good. How come I never heard anything about this guy, seems like a pretty big talent to go unnoticed.
