I thought I might search around to see if that CNN interview is still out there somewhere when I stumbled across this Triple J interview.
It's a decent length, new album had just come out (interview was on 5 October 2004) and new lineup hadn't been announced yet. Dave's super-candid in the interview, talks about the Metallica doco, the sale of his gear on ebay, the new tour. Still his arrogant old self, but then that's Dave, eh?
